Mike DiChiappari

CEO

Mike develops the FitTrace technology. He has worked in healthcare for over ten years, most of that time in the areas of imaging and bone density. He started up Cardea Technology at the end of 2005 building BoneStation, a web based bone density reporting tool for DXA based bone densitometry. Prior to that Mike was a founder of Domani Software Services, a software consulting company, developing applications in healthcare/medical, electronic imaging, and publishing for Fortune 500 companies as well as startups. He has a B.A. in Physics from Brandeis University.

Jordan Moon, PhD, CSCS*D, EP-C

Chief Science Officer

Dr. Moon is an experienced researcher and advisor in the fields of human body composition analysis and sports supplements, he has presented over 50 lectures at multiple scientific conferences and events both nationally and internationally and has published more than 140 research articles and abstracts in dozens of journals along with writing a book chapter and publishing a book in the areas of sports nutrition, supplements, exercise science, body composition, body water, and changes specific to age, fitness level, and type of athlete. He received his Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from The University of Oklahoma, his Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University and his Bachelor’s degree in Movement Science from Grand Valley State University and currently holds faculty positions at Concordia University Chicago and the United States Sports Academy.

Dr. Mary Oates

Advisor

Dr. Mary K. Oates is a board certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist. She has been specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis since 1994 and is a Certified Clinical Densitometrist. She is the Medical Director for Research for The Pacific Central Coast Health Centers. She founded the Marian and French Hospital Osteoporosis Centers and is a volunteer faculty member at Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo, California. Her clinic practice in Santa Maria, California also focuses on the evaluation of nerve and muscle disorders with EMG and nerve conduction studies. She is actively involved with community education and outreach projects aimed at the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. She has participated in several osteoporosis pharmaceutical research studies, and observational Body Composition studies using DXA for the evaluation of bone, muscle and fat. Dr. Oates is a graduate of Ohio State University College of Medicine and The University of California, Irvine residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Jenna Corbin

Advisor

As a Registered Dietitian, Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, and Certified International Society of Sports Nutritionist, Jenna has worked with many individuals and athletes from grade-school age to professional. She was the Team Sports Dietitian for UCLA Athletics; sports nutritionist for Athletes’ Performance (now EXOS); and clinical dietitian at St. Jude Medical Center. She works as a dietitian with My Sports Dietitian, providing individual consults and lectures on sports nutrition, teaching as an adjunct faculty member with Logan University.

Jenna received a degree in Foods & Nutrition from Cal Poly Pomona and MS in Human Movement at A.T. Still University, with an emphasis in sports conditioning. Understanding the power of the synergy between nutrition, physical training, and lifestyle, Jenna works with individuals to meet their unique, highly specific needs.
